Offering a sauna, Aloha Junction B&B sits on 1.3 acres of private, fully landscaped property. Guests are 10 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is 3 km away.... The room was equiped with elegant furnitures and hevenly soft bed, so we slept well at night. In the morning, the pancake cooked by Robert was amazing. Also we enjoyed convasation with the other visiters there.

We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

Situated just 12 km from Lava Tree State Monument, Big Island Getaway provides accommodation in Pahoa with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as bicycle parking. Chris and fur-baby Roxy are excellent hosts, and the ohana was perfect for my husband and my two-night stay. It is centrally located in Pahoa town, making it convenient to run errands either to the village center or to Hilo town. The home is a shared accommodation, which was a first for us. There was another couple staying for one night, and they were very nice and kept to themselves. Chris is very personable and easy to be around, whether you want to hang out and chat, or just chill by yourself and read. Roxy is a beautiful, well-behaved Carolina dog, and for us, a joy to have around.

Located 49 km from The Painted Church, Tiki Cabana is in Hawaiian Ocean View and has a garden and a bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The glamping tent is away from the main house so it is quiet. The guest can make noise but it will not affect other people. The owner built the deck and the tent by himself. He also built the restroom, shower room and a kitchen. The customized counter top is very beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The owner also prepared beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling tools. It is better to rent it for more nights so the hotel fee can be averaged down. This glamping tent is close to the south point, the black beach and the green beach. It is 50 miles from Costco in Kona. I look forward to living there again.
