Everything; especially the staff team who were ALL exceptional and run the most wonderful hotel which made our trip so very special, relaxing and happy.

Cala Bona y Mar Blava ligger 100 meter från en avskild strand i den historiska staden Ciutadella på Menorca. Hotellet har en utomhuspool och en solterrass. Highly recommended. Classic 1960s hotel on Cuitadella's urban beach, just 15min walk into old town. Big balconies with fab views. Great patio, adorable little pool, and private sea swimming area. Why is this a two-star?

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. I loved the Green Lounge where free drinks and snacks (beer & wine, soft drinks, tea & coffee) were available (self service) until midnight. It gave a nice atmosphere to the hotel. I enjoyed reading a book, chilling there at the end of my day. The breakfast was lovely, with an "egg station" where eggs were made on the spot to your liking (the lady was lovely, a pleasure to see here every morning). Also, I checked out at 6.20am and the day before the lovely lady at reception offered breakfast to go, which was very handy. Make sure to ask the day before. The room was spacious, well thought and nothing beats Italian showers. The location was good for me - walking distance from the port and restaurants (Mahón is rather small). Also it is close to the airport (10min by bus - L10) which drops you at the bus station (3 min away from the hotel). The same bus station allows you to travel around the island if you didn't rent a car. It takes 1h to go to Ciutadella, on the other side of the island (50min with the Xpress bus).

Hotel Maïa ligger i Ciutadella, mindre än 1 km från Gran Beach, och har en terrass, allergivänliga rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. It is literally exceptional. An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

El Consul Mao - Hotel Boutique ligger i Mahón, inom 7 minuters promenad från Mahón hamn och 10 km från Es Grau. Exceptional Quality design, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort various spaces, high quality sheets and products.Warm,Calm,Quiet.

Hotel S'Antiga Adults Only ligger i Es Mercadal och erbjuder en utomhuspool, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. Boendet ligger inom 23 km från Mahón hamn och har en bar. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful-looking hotel, nice lighting concept. Nice and comfortable common areas. Cold water (even sparkling) fountain and tea available at all times for free.

S´Estancia Suites ligger i Es Mercadal och har en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en bar. Menorca offers a wide range of possibilities regarding hosting options, including all types of hotels and its locations. S'Estancia Suites is not an obvious choice, since it is a small hotel located in a city that is not the most touristic city of the island (Es Mercadal), but we are highly pleased with our stay. S'Estancia team goes far and beyond to make you feel at home and this small hotel offers comfortable and very well decorated suites with comfy beds and high quality linen, towels, etc... making the island experience relaxing and pleasant. They offer a nice breakfast with local products and the hotel also has a pool, that I must confess we did not enjoyed because we preferred going to the beaches. And here is something to take into account if you are planning to visit Menorca: the island is not that big, but you will enjoy the most if you have a car (there is a public parking in front of the hotel), and will be really convenient to rent a car while you are in the island, so you can visit different cities, beaches and other spots (do not miss the lighthouses). If you are planning to go to a hotel and to stay around it all your time, probably Es Mercadal is not the place for you. But if you are planning to know the island, to explore its cities and beaches and to return every day to a hotel that feels like home, you may consider to book S'Estancia. You will not regret! The team is fantastic. The tips they gave are precious... and you may borrow all you need to enjoy a sunny day at the beach (including beach chairs). And to be fair I have to say that although Es Mercadal is not a city with many touristic attractions, there are nice dining options and you do not have to leave the city to have nice tapas, pizzas or ice creams... the city center is very nice and have good options. We loved our stay... and recommend it to everyone who value its money!

Hotel Amano Maison Carrée ligger i Alaior, 14 km från Mahón hamn, och har en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. It was a perfect hotel! We got free upgrade for better room(suite) and we loved it ! We will definitely return there if we will go to Menorca again. Staff was very helpful and kind and all the food was delicious!

S'Enclova Petit Hotel ligger i Ciutadella, 15 minuters promenad från Gran Beach, och har en gemensam lounge, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi. Nära till allt men ändå ett tyst läge. Otroligt rent och snyggt. Underbara sängar. Sebastian var så trevlig som värd. Tveka inte att bo här, helt fantastiskt. 😊
